Self Care Workshop

1 Ticket for Self Care Workshop on Wednesday 10th June 2026, 7pm - 9pm.

Location: Patch Bournemouth (above Bobby's Department Store in Bournemouth Square)

How do you show up for yourself? Do you know how important self-care is for autistic folk? Do you know what self care really looks like? We welcome you to join us for a restoring evening focusing on how we can show up for ourselves and what we can do to truly rest when we need to, allowing you to come home to yourself. We will end the workshop with a reiki bath, helping you to feel grounded and loved before heading home.

*If you are pregnant, or have any broken bones, you will not be able to take part in the reiki bath
